Observed employee beverage without a lid on the prep table while another employee was prepping. Employee drinks and personal belongings shall be stored in a designated area away from food and food prep areas. Employee removed the beverage

Observed no hand drying towels at the handwash sink in the kitchen. All hand sinks shall be supplied with drying towel to ensure proper handwashing.

Observed a bag of onions stored on top of a box of bleach. Chemicals shall be stored away from food.

Observed box of Franks Red Hot hot sauce stored on the floor and cooking oil stored on the floor. Food shall be stored 6" off the floor to prevent contamination.

Observed accumulation of grease and debris under/behind the grill/fry station. Observed debris beside the ice machine. Clean at a frequency to prevent accumulations.
