Observed bulk ice machine lid open due to machine being locked/broken. CA: Ice must be covered at all times so as to prevent contamination. Call service tech out to fix machine.

Prep sink pipe will not drain/has standing water in it. No other piping or floor drains have surfacing. Call plumber and have clogged drain lines serviced as soon as possible.
