Observed multiple potentially hazardous foods in small prep cooler and 2 door reach-in (crab meat dated 11/29, smoked salmon date 11/30, salmon balls dated 11/30 in prep cooler; collards dated 11/29, sausage dated 11/30 in 2 door reach-in) not discarded after 7 days. CA PIC instructed to discard all items once the 7 days has been met. COS PIC discarded items.

Observed food employee wearing apple watch while prepping food in kitchen. COS food employee removed watch.
