Observed employee thermocup stored in kitchen 2-door reach-in in between food.CA:PIC instructed that only disposable cups with lid & straw allowed in kitchen area. COS::PIC removed cup

Food employee wearing hair-tie/band while prepping food. COS:Employee took off band and washed hands.
12C - wiping cloths: properly used and stored

3-compartment sink sanitizer reading 0ppm concentration. Sink was discarded and new sanitizer added to bring to proper manufactures concentration.

Bugs in cleaning area and dry storage area notated during inspection. PIC informed that establishment was bombed from pest control last Thursday 05-07-2026
