Observed multiple prepped pans with sliced cheese in walk- in cooler past discard date of 05/30/2026. Items prepped must be held for 7 days before being discarded. COS;PIC threw away pans of sliced cheese.

Multiple plastic containers stacked while still wet in ware washing area.
