Observed mildew at top of ice shield in ice machine. *Clean ice shield. Remove shield, if possible, if not, clean shield and then remove all ice so not in contact with cleaning chemicals.

Observed bag of sugar stored on floor. *All food items must be stored at least 6 inches above floor.

Current inspection report not posted. *Keep in view of patrons.

Observed egg bites, eggs, and sausage stores in reach in cooler with no form of date marking. All foods to be stored for a period of greater than 24 hours must be date marked with the date of preparation or date of disposal.

Observed heavily soiled shelving units and countertops throughout prep area and front line. Non-food contact surfaces must be cleaned at a rate to prevent accumulations/build up.

Walls and ceiling of microwave covered in food splatter. *Clean microwave.

Counter tops heavily soiled. *Clean countertops frequently to avoid buildup of food/coffee.

Sausage and eggs in reach in cooler were not date-marked. Corrective action: All foods to be stored for a period of greater than 24 hours must be date marked with the day they were prepared and the date they should be discarded.

Bottom of small coolers has mix and food particle along them.

Trash around outside of dumpster.

Observed egg patties, egg bites, sausage patties, and sausage bites stored in reach in coolers with no form of date marking. All TCS foods must be properly date marked and used/disposed according to date.

Observed several live flies throughout facility and prep areas. Areas must be free of pests/insects.

Observed mop stored in mop sink - not hanging to dry. Mops must be stored hanging to air dry when not in use.

Observed heavily soiled ceiling tiles in front prep area. Advised replacing. Manager stated tiles will be replaced as part of remodel August 2023.
