Observed heavy, black organic matter build up in drink machine nozzles. Food contact surfaces must be cleaned and sanitized at a rate to prevent build up. Clean and sanitize nozzles routinely.
18 - insects, rodents, and animals not present
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(2)(m) - outer openings protected (c)
Observed gap at bottom of rear door where seal is in disrepair. All exterior opening to the facility must be fully sealed when not in operation to prevent pest entry. Repair seal to ensure opening can be fully sealed.

Observed boxes of single service items stored directly on the floor in the storage area. All items must be stored 6" off the floor in a clean, dry location to prevent potential contamination and pest harboring.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean

Observed several missing floor tiles throughout areas of the main kitchen and storage areas. Repair damaged floors. Floors must be maintained easily cleanable and durable.
