Soap dispenser at hand sink next to flat top grill was not working at the time of inspection. CA: Replace batteries to dispenser or replace dispenser.

Underside of drink machines are soiled in what appears to be mildew. *When drink machine nozzles are removed for cleaning, clean the flat part around nozzle. Observed underside of shelf above hot holding unit and prep top cooler to be soiled with food splatter. *Clean daily.
Air returns in kitchen are rusted. *Replace air returns.
