Walk in freezer door from walk in cooler does not completely shut, ice buildup on opening and floor of walk-in cooler. Walk-in cooler door doesn't close completely. *Fix door/latch so door will close completely.

Pipe above mop sink is leaking water. *Repair pipe.

Grout and tiles missing in kitchen and chicken cooler. *Replace grout and tiles. Large ice machine near serving counter has a tear in the back wall and exposing insulation of wall of ice machine liner. *Replace ice machine liner.

Floor tiles missing in kitchen and in walk-in coolers. Water is standing on floor of dry storage area. Mop up water and check to see where the water is coming from.

Walk in freezer door from walk in cooler does not completed shut, ice build up on opening and floor of walk in cooler.

Dish sink is broken on the wash side of the sink where the horizontal section meets the sink.
