Regulation: 511-6-1.04(4)(k) - in-use utensils, between-use storage (c)
Observed ice scoop handle in direct contact with ice. Ensure ice scoop is stored in a manner to prevent handle contact with ice as this can prove to be a potential contamination risk.
15C - nonfood-contact surfaces clean
Observed dust and food debris buildup on monitor and monitor stand in main food prep area - cook line. Advised deep cleaning and scheduled routine cleanings.
17C - physical facilities installed, maintained, and clean
Regulation: 511-6-1.07(5)(a),(b) - good repair, physical facilities maintained; cleaning, frequency & restrictions, cleaned often enough to keep them clean (c)
Observed ceiling tiles throughout main kitchen (especially in back corner of cook station) to be heavily soiled and stained. Replace damaged/soiled tiles.
