Observed personal items, including an employee coat stored on the dry storage rack and a cellphone placed on a prep table, in areas where they could contaminate food and food-contact items. CA: Employee personal belongings must be stored only in designated areas so they do not contaminate food, equipment, utensils, or single-service items. Personal items such as coats, bags, and electronics cannot be kept on food-contact or food-storage surfaces. COS: PIC removed the personal items from the dry storage rack and prep table and relocated them to an appropriate designated area.

Lack of use of chemical test kit when using chemical sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine.

Employee personal food stored with food used in the facility; must be stored in an area designated for employee use.

Observed mop sink with a heavy build-up on it. Non-food contact surfaces must be cleaned to preclude build-up.

Ham dated 6-1-2024 stored in the outside reach-in cooler past the discard date. Potentially hazardous food must be discarded at the 7 day discard date. COS - Discared.

Gravy prepared today datemarked with 11-12-23 discard date. Prepared potentially hazardous food can only be held for 7 days. COS - PIC changed the discard date.
