OBSERVED SANI BUCKET MEASURING AT 0 PPM QUAT SANITIZER. PIC REMADE BUCKET FROM 3 COMPARTMENT SINK AND SANITIZER WAS STILL MEASURING 0 PPM QUAT. QUAT SOLUTION MUST HAVE A CONCENTRATION AS SPECIFIED IN DPH RULE 511-6-1-.07(6)(G) AND AS INDICATED BY THE MANUFACTURER'S USE. PIC TO CONTACT COMPANY TO FIX SANITIZER.
