OBSERVED THE CAN OPENER IN FACILITY TO BE HEAVILY SOILED/RUSTED. OBSERVED DISH MACHINE TO BE HEAVILY ACCUMULATED WITH GRIME AND DEBRIS. ALL FOOD CONTACT SURFACES AND UTENSILS MUST BE CLEANED AT A FREQUENCY TO PREVENT ACCUMULATION OF GRIME AND DEBRIS.

OBSERVED NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES (BOTTOM OF PREP TABLE ACROSS FROM OVEN/GRILL, SIDES OF LOW BOY FRIDGE AND FREEZER, AND FLOORS) TO HAVE AN ACCUMULATION OF GRIME AND DEBRIS. NON FOOD CONTACT SURFACES MUST BE CLEANED OFTEN ENOUGHT TO PREVENT BUILD UP OF GRIME AND DEBRIS.
