Observed multiple items in RIC not covered. Make sure to cover all food items. PIC covered all food items.

Observed raw chicken and raw shrimp in the meat sink. Meats must be in a container to prevent contamination. Meats must not touch the sink.
14A - in-use utensils: properly stored

Observed sugar and ice handles in contact with food. Handles must not come in contact with food.
14B - utensils, equipment and linens: properly stored, dried, handled

Observed dishes being stacked while wet. Dishes must be air-dried before stacking.
Dishes at buffet station must be inverted.
