Observed hand sink blocked by large bucket. Make sure hand sink is not blocked. Second hand sink in back did not have any soap or paper towels. Make sure hand sinks have soap and paper towels stocked at all times. Spoke to PIC they understand to not block hand sink and equip hand sink with supplies.
