Observed employee switching tasks twice without washing hands prior to donning gloves. Employee was handling phone then donned gloved and mixed chicken with no handwashing prior to washing hands. Ensure all food handlers wash hands when switching tasks and donning new gloves.

Observed build up on soda machine nozzles. Make sure to clean frequently to avoid accumulation on food contact surfaces.
