High Priority - Employee touched face/hair and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee not wearing gloves adjusted bottom of shirt, scratched shoulder then handled the single service fries cup by placing fingers inside of cup and then filling cup with fires, without washing hands and putting on clean gloves before handling single service cups.. Discussed with Manager.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Reach in cooler next to fryer had COLD HOLDING Hamburger 46F; eggs 45F. Items had been there for an hour. Discussed with manager and manager found that reach in cooler had not been turned on. Manager turned reach in cooler on.
