High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Employee adjusted hat on head, then grabbed clean plate off of shelf to place food on, inspector stopped employee and reminded him to wash hands after touching his hat/clothes.
