High Priority - Dishmachine chlorine sanitizer not at proper minimum strength. Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed : the dish wash machine showed 0 ppm after 3 tries and priming. Staff started to troubleshoot. Corrective Action Taken

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : the tomato slicer blades and pusher head have dried debris on them. Also the tea spouts on the wait line have debris in the spouts. *repeat violation Observed the can opener blade has dried food debris on the blade.

Basic - Floors not maintained smooth and durable. Observed : the floor in the walk-in cooler has 2 levels and 2 compositions.
