Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed : the dish wash machine at 0 ppm for chlorine, even after priming. A tech was called to repair the unit. 3 compartment sink was already set up for ware washing.
