Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. Observed : a cutting board on the make table near the far end of the cook line, stained. ALSO, reach-in cooler on the cook line have spills on the top edge of the door and just inside the door.

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed : a soufflé cup in dressing, no handle, with a ladle in the same pan. The soufflé cup was removed. Corrected On-Site
