Items in reach-in cooler next to drive thru window: cheese (46F - Cold Holding); tomatoes (45F - Cold Holding). Manager stated items placed in cooler three hours prior to temperature being taken. Manager moved items to reach-in freezer to reduce temperature to 41F. Items in cook line grill drawers: cheese (46F - Cold Holding); tomatoes (45F - Cold Holding). Manager stated items placed in cooler three hours prior to temperature being taken. Manager moved items to reach-in freezer to reduce temperature to 41F. Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2024-07-25: Reach-in cooler next to drive thru window: tomatoes 54F, cheese 53F. Employee put on gloves to make food after touching register taking customers order without washing hands. Inspector stopped employee and had employee wash hands and change gloves.
