Basic - No conspicuously located ambient air temperature thermometer in holding unit. Observed missing 2 Ambient air thermometers in cold hold units.

Basic - Water leaking from pipe and/or faucet/handle. Observed a leak on the pre rinse base. ALSO, a leak under the hand wash sink.
