High Priority - Adjacent to the cookline make table is a construction hole measuring approximately 4 ft. x 1 ft. x 2 ft deep. There are 2 long handled shovels inside the hole. The make table with open lid contains cheese and tortillas. In-use spatulas are stored in the open air, on the make table, next to the hole and the dirt pile. Hot holding trays containing cooked eggs are not completely sealed when closed. Warning
