High Priority - Raw animal food not properly separated from ready-to-eat raw animal food, such as hamburgers, steak and sushi covered under a consumer advisory. Observed frozen raw steaks stored over frozen sushi salmon. Operator rearranged to meet proper storage to temperature guidelines. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Shell eggs not stored at an ambient air temperature of 45 degrees Fahrenheit or less. Observed container of whole shell eggs in the 2 door reach in of the flip top at an ambient air temperature of 78°. Operator stated eggs had been in unit under 4 hours and moved to reach in cooler to rapid chill. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed bean sprouts in the flip top across from the stove at 80° and sliced tomato at 76°. Operator stated all items had been on the line under 4 hours. Moved to reach in cooler to rapid chill. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed two large container, one of flour and the other sugar each had a Togo bowl used as a scooping device. Operator removed.
