High Priority - Single-use gloves not changed as needed after changing tasks or when damaged or soiled. Observed employee manipulation personal cell phone then proceeded to make ice cream sandwiches. Employee removed gloves, washed hands and put new gloves on.

Intermediate - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food prepared onsite and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked. Observed portioned ice cream made in house without date mark. As per employee item made 48 hours prior to inspection.

Basic - Employee wearing jewelry other than a plain ring on their hands/arms while preparing food. Observed employee wearing bracelet on wrist while manipulating and serving ice cream.

Basic - Label on a food item prepared and packaged onsite for customer self-service does not include product identity/description, date product was packaged and name and address of the establishment that prepared and packaged the food. Observed at reach in freezer at front - portioned ice cream cups (caramel, hot fudge, strawberry)
