High Priority - Stop Sale issued due to food not being in a wholesome, sound condition. In walk in cooler, salmon thawed in reduced oxygen package overnight as per chef. Packages not cut open before thawing.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. At expo line; coleslaw (51F - Cold Holding); cut tomatoes (45F - Cold Holding).
