Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Observed dish machine not sanitizing. Reading 0 ppm chlorine. Advised operator to discontinue the use of dish machine until repaired and use the triple sink in the interim. Triple sink was set up to do dishes reading chlorine 50 ppm.
