High Priority - Operating with an expired Division of Hotels and Restaurants license. Observed license expired as of 12/01/2021. According to YB in District office fees appear to have been paid to state but renewed has not been filed for establishment.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed make table side left - bleu cheese (45°F - Cold Holding); hummus (45°F - Cold Holding); feta cheese (45°F - Cold Holding); mozzarella (46°F - Cold Holding); boiled egg (46°F - Cold Holding), per operator items were flipped as of 2 pm. Operator removed items from cooler and stored in other unit of similar make and model. Original observations made at 3:04 pm, rechecked at 3:48 with items at 41°F, 42°F, 42°F, 41°F, 43°F respectively. Operator removed original unit, unplugged and marked for repairs. Corrected On-Site
