High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed on cook line raw chicken wings (48-59F - Cold Holding) in bus pan sitting on top of a pan of melted ice per operator held out of temperature less than 20 minutes. Operator filled the container with ice. Corrective Action Taken
