High Priority - Dented/rusted cans present. See stop sale. Observed 1 dented can of cranberry in dry storage. Observed 6 dented cans of tuna in dry storage. The operator segregated the cans for return. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. Observed the chlorine test kit expired 12/2022.

High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed employee fixing shirt with gloves on, then went to proceed to go back to prepping cutting ends off of sub bread. Observed operator coaching said employee, and employee took off gloves, washed hands, dried hands, put on fresh gloves. Corrected On-Site
