High Priority - Food-contact surfaces not sanitized after cleaning, before use. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Observed employee washing beer pitchers with soap and hot water, BUT not using any sanitizer to sanitize pitchers after washing and rinsing.

Intermediate - Establishment has no written procedures for employees to follow in response to a vomiting or diarrheal event where the vomit or diarrhea is discharged onto surfaces in the establishment. Spoke with operator on the proper procedures and emailed information to operator. Operator received e mail with information about vomit/diarrhea, laminated it and posted it during inspection.
