Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed handwashing sink by drive thru and on front counter being used to dump coffee, ice, etc. inside. Repeat Violation

Basic - Accumulation of black/green mold-like substance in the interior of the ice machine/bin. Observed ice bin soiled with coffee splatter.

Basic - Equipment or utensils not designed or constructed in a durable manner. Observed gasket in drive thru reach in warped and not fitting properly.

Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed throughout establishment, under equipment, floors with food, paper, coffee beans, etc. on floor

Basic - Iced tea dispenser/ Milk Dispenser not cleaned at least once every 24 hours. Observed on milk/creamer dispenser, dried on milk by spouts

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gasket on cook line soiled with black mold like substance.

Basic - Single-service articles improperly stored. Observed coffee filters not covered on front line for protection.

High Priority - Employee touched soiled apron/clothes and then engaged in food preparation, handled clean equipment or utensils, or touched unwrapped single-service items without washing hands. Observed multiple employees touching their uniforms and then not washing hands before continuing work.

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed hand washing sink on front line by tea dispenser, being used as a dump sink.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tiles/vents soiled with accumulated food debris, grease, dust, or mold-like substance. Observed on front line, drink splatter on drop ceiling at drink make station.

Basic - Employee with no hair restraint while engaging in food preparation. Observed multiple employees without hair restraint.

Basic - Floor not cleaned when the least amount of food is exposed. Observed floors not swept where least amount of food is exposed. Observed operator slip and fall on a plastic clear lid on floor.

Basic - Iced tea dispenser not cleaned at least once every 24 hours. Observed the top inside of iced tea dispenser where filter basket goes, with brown build up on it.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed gaskets with food debris on them through out establishment.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed wet mop stored in mop sink with mop head down on floor f mop sink.

Intermediate - No proof provided that food employees are informed of their responsibility to report to the person in charge information about their health and activities related to foodborne illnesses. Observed no proof of employee reporting. E mailed operator, printed out form and had employees fill out. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Clean glasses, cups, bowls, plates, pots and pans not stored inverted or in a protected manner. Observed pitchers on drying shelf not inverted. Observed operator inverting properly. Corrected On-Site

Basic - Ice scoop handle in contact with ice. Observed ice scoop in ice machine with handle touching ice after just scooping ice. Observed operator correcting the scoop by putting into holder. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet.
