Intermediate - Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. Observed back hand washing sink, by prep sink blocked with shop back, dungeon rack and product on rack. Observed handwashing sink now accessible for use. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed back hand washing sink, by prep sink with build up of white substance on it, being used other than a hand washing sink. Observed handwashing sink cleaned out and being used for handwashing only. Corrected On-Site
