Basic - Wiping cloth quaternary ammonium compound sanitizing solution not at proper minimum strength. Two sanitizer wiping cloth buckets tested at 0ppm quaternary ammonium. Three compartment sink tested at 10ppm quaternary ammonium. Manager states a work order has been placed to repair chemical dispensing system. Manager obtained bleach and remade both buckets to 100ppm chlorine. Three compartment sink was emptied. Corrective Action Taken
