High Priority - Raw animal foods not properly separated from one another based upon minimum required cooking temperature when stored in a freezer - not all products commercially packaged. In reach-in freezer by fryers observed open raw chicken items stored over open ready to eat precooked sausage patties and french toast. Operator rearranged the items. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. In mop sink observed no vacuum breaker on the hose side of the splitter. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. On soda dispensers in dining area observed mold-like substance in ice chutes. Next to drive thru window observed soda, slushy and ice cream nozzles with mold-like substance buildup. Repeat Violation

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. In customer bathrooms observed handwash sinks after running for three minutes the temperature was between 84-91F.
