High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In hot holding unit in drive thru area, steak (112F - Hot Holding, retemp 177F); chicken (117F - Hot Holding, retemp 165F). Both items cooked 10-15 minutes prior but hot holding unit not turned up enough. Manager had cook reheat both items and turned unit up. Corrected On-Site
