High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. In the hot box, hotdog (128F - Hot Holding); sausage (123F - Hot Holding). Operator increased the heat. Corrective Action Taken

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at mop sink faucet or on fitting/splitter added to mop sink faucet. There is a hose attached to the faucet at the mop sink with no vacuum breaker attached.

Intermediate - Food-contact surface soiled with food debris, mold-like substance or slime. There is a mold like substance on the ice chute in the ice machine.

Intermediate - No chemical test kit provided when using sanitizer at three-compartment sink/warewashing machine or wiping cloths. There is no chemical test kit for chlorine in the triple sink.
