Basic - Damaged/spoiled/recalled food not properly segregated. On a shelf in dry storage, not segregated from undamaged cans there is one 6 pound 10 ounce can of white queso sauce with a dented rim. Per operator the can was dropped and dented less than two hours ago while putting dry goods away. Operator opened the can, moved contents to another container and date marked the container. High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On a counter in the prep area there is a container of pico de gallo (46F - Cold Holding). Operator moved the pico de gallo to a cooler. Per the operator the pico de gallo has been out of refrigeration for less than four hours. Corrective Action Taken
