High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. egg patty (120 F - Hot Holding) in hot holding unit. Per operator food had been reheated just prior to inspection. Operator voluntarily discarded before it could be determined if a stop sale was needed. Corrected On-Site

High Priority - Vacuum breaker missing at hose bibb or on fitting/splitter added to hose bibb. Observed double splitter hose with no vacuum breaker.

Intermediate - Water with a temperature of at least 100 degrees Fahrenheit not provided/shut off at employee handwash sink. Observed hand washing sink by drive thru and employee restroom at 78F.

Basic - Employee personal items stored in or above a food preparation area, food, clean equipment and utensils, or single-service items. Observed personal items over single serving sandwich bags. Operator removed personal items. Corrected On-Site

Intermediate - Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Observed a employee rinse a towel in the hand wash sink on the main line.

Basic - Bowl or other container with no handle used to dispense food. Observed a scoop with no handle in the brown sugar.

Basic - Ceiling/ceiling tile shows damage or is in disrepair. Observed a hole in the ceiling of the dry storage area across from the bathrooms.

Basic - Floor area(s) covered with standing water. Observed standing water on the floor by the walk in cooler.

Basic - Nonfood-contact surface soiled with grease, food debris, dirt, slime or dust. Observed food debris on the fan cover in the walk cooler.

Basic - Wet mop not stored in a manner to allow the mop to dry. Observed a wet mop not hung to dry by the takeout window.
