High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. cooked eggs (50F - Cold Holding) in flip top cooler in back. Item was stacked on insert pans with lid not properly closed. Item was in unit for approximately one hour per operator. Item was fully inset in unit and the Licensing inspection, no food present lid was closed. After 30 minutes cooked egg 45F cold holding. Corrective Action Taken

Basic - Equipment or utensils not designed or constructed in a durable manner. Stainless steel tables had plastic protective coating still on. The coating was torn and ripped not Smooth, durable, non-absorbant and easily cleanable. Operator removed protective plastic. Corrected on site Corrected On-Site
