In Walk in cooler, observed lobster soup in Reduced Oxygen Packaging. Per operator soup has been in packaging for one hour. Operator removed product from packaging. Corrective Action Taken

In Walk in cooler observed ten portions of thawed sea bass in Reduced Oxygen Packaging. Per operator, sea bass was just pulled out from freezer within the hour.Operator removed sea bass from portion bags.
