High Priority - Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Observed employee working with food changed gloves wiped hands on clothes then put gloves on to continue working with food.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food, other than whole meat roast, hot held at less than 135 degrees Fahrenheit. egg and sausage mix (103°F - Hot Holding) on flat top. Operator voluntarily discarded. Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
