High Priority - - From initial inspection : High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. blue cheese (56F - Cold Holding); ricotta (48F - Cold Holding); mozzarella (48F - Cold Holding); chicken (46F - Cold Holding); chicken (44F - Cold Holding); tomatoes (49F - Cold Holding); Alfredo (47F - Cold Holding); Mac n cheese (50F - Cold Holding) on the top of of front counter, ice buckets in the bottom of unit to help with temperature, more ice buckets were added during inspection. The open fire open fan in disrepair causing the establishment to be very hot affecting the coolers. Other items in coolers were 41 or below. Corrective Action Taken Warning - From follow-up inspection 2022-10-03: Cheese 41, cheese 47, Mac n cheese 41, sausage 40, ham 41, tomatoes 48. Operator had ice in unit, he put more ice in unit.
