High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed fish fillets on counter at 76F Manager stayed she had pulled them out and was preparing a large order which would be cooked soon. Advised that fish should be kept on cooler and taken out as needed in order to maintain safe. Manager cooked all fish off and served. Corrective Action Taken
