High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed in reach in cooler Sprouts (46F - Cold Holding); Cut cabbage (45F - Cold Holding). Both items were over filled in cooler. Manager removed excess sprouts and cut cabbage and placed in reach in cooler. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation Admin Complaint
