Corrective Action Taken Repeat Violation Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2023-09-11: Deli meats 48-49F, cooked chicken 48F, teriyaki chicken 49F, provolone cheese 48F, cut tomatoes 47F in front display cooler. Cooler has ambient temperature of 56F. Person in charge stated food was placed in cooler from walk in cooler approximately 2 hours ago. Employee moved food to walk in freezer.
