Intermediate - Commercially processed ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food opened and held more than 24 hours not properly date marked after opening. Observed opened container of milk with no date marking when opened in reach in cooler at end of cook line. Person in charge was unable to determine when milk was opened, but indicated milk doesn't last more than 48 hours. Person in charge added date marking of 2 days prior. Corrected On-Site Repeat Violation

Basic - Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed opened employee energy drink can stored on shelf next to food items near kitchen entrance. Person in charge moved beverage to designated location. Corrected On-Site
