Employee stated the cooler was working fine this morning but she has been in and out of cooler every ten minutes. Employee said she will keep door closed and called to have cooler serviced. Corrective Action Taken Warning - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-22: At callback Milk, cooked eggs, packaged scrambled eggs, yogurt, cream cheese, and butter 48F-54F. Staff confirmed TCS foods stayed in cooler overnight and cooler has been out of temperature longer than 4 hours. Admin Complaint - From follow-up inspection 2024-11-25: At callback cream cheese 60F.
