High Priority - Ready-to-eat, time/temperature control for safety food not consumed/sold within 7 days after opening/preparation. See stop sale. Observed cooked vegetable sauce prepared on site with date marker of 4/22 stored in walk-in cooler.

High Priority - Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed butter at temperature of 47F stored in small reach in cooler by front desk. Person in charge stated butter was placed in reach in cooler at beginning of shift, 2 hours prior. Person in charge moved butter to walk-in cooler. Basic - Cold holding equipment not maintained in good repair. Do not store time/temperature control for safety food in this unit until the unit is repaired. Observed ice build up on condenser in rear of small reach in cooler near front counter. Ambient reach in cooler temperature reading 48F. Repeat Violation
